BRAVE SPACE YOGA 

All services purchased from Brave Space Yoga must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging verbally that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Brave Space Yoga and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. 

General

All products and services of Brave Space Yoga are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use.
The Terms are to be read by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the Site. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of the Site will govern.
The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site (the "Information") may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

Payment for Products & Services

All Credit Cards will be processed in British Pounds Stirling at the time of payment.  Brave Space Yoga is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

Refund & Cancellation Policy - Group Sessions

Session cancellation within the studio space – Cancellations up to 2 hours before the start of the class are free of charge. With less than 2 hours, you will not be able to re-use your drop in or session from your pass. No exceptions made.

No partial or full refund given once the block booking has started unless classes are cancelled by Brave Space Yoga. If you are unable to attend one of the classes on the course, please give us 2 hour notice of cancellation and you can then use the class on any of the other classes on the timetable. 

Cancellations must be made by online booking system, telephone call, WhatsApp or by email.

Private 121 Session

If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time (in person, by telephone or email), it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited. If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session. If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received. Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner. Cancellations can be made via telephone call or email.

Registered Programs / events

Pre-paid events, workshops or programme are non refundable. Deposits made will not be refunded. 

Unfortunately, due to the work involved in organising programs including: Immersion events, workshops, weekly programs, refunds are not available, unless your place can be filled. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason you are entitled to offer your place to another willing participant and I will of course consult any waiting lists. BSY will not take on the responsibility to fill any replacement.
