I am delighted to offer a three hour Forrest practice at my local village hall in Coddington. Expect a warm, juicy Forrest practice, with an intent centred around Inner Authority and Boundaries. This is about reconnecting, rediscovering your own needs and being with some valuable resources ahead of what can be a very challenging time for many. And this is of course a period for celebration too. Perhaps this is a period of paradoxical themes and contrast for you; the longing for joy amidst the challenge and resilience, potentially a default place we go in order to anchor and endure. The space has a beautiful energy and a strong sense of authenticity, due to its very nature of being a community space. The Hall is conveniently located very close to my local, The Plough. Join me for a glass of vino and a bite after, all are welcome. Consider this a time to celebrate and digest our time together from that day and before. Based on the location and reduction in hire charges I am offering this practice at a reduced rate of £25 early bird price, until 31st October and £30 thereafter. N.B. This practice is not suitable for absolute beginners in yoga. No Forrest experience is required, however participation with group class beforehand maybe beneficial.
