Commencing the new year with a deeply unique offering, calling on Forrest Yoga, Body Psychotherapy and Spirit, I am proud to announce the Soul Space workshops. Forging a deeper connection with self and intuition, this time together will be spent harnessing something uniquely personal and supportive for you. Each workshop will explore a different element – fire, wind, water and earth.
Expect a practice routed in ceremony calling in the four directions, weaving in sacred tools and spirit as we dive into a yummy three hour Forrest Yoga practice. The beauty and rich healing qualities of the elements will synchronise with a Body Psychotherapy theme, so this will be a little more familiar, if you practice with me regularly.

Attending individual events is welcome, but do consider the themes are weighted in the FOUR elements, explored as a continuum. A discount is applied if you can attend all four.

what to expect:
The ‘Soul Space’ workshops will be a 3 hour Forrest Yoga practice contained within the beautiful heated studio at Spectrum Wellness, expect an extended savasana with hands on assists. Following the practice, we will create the space for integration and digestion; time for tea, conversation and journaling prompts. Consider this as your transition period, before scooping yourself up and reorienting back into your world. I know how unsettling this can be after such a deep practice so the space is here for you.
Each Immersion will be priced at £40 each, early bird pricing £35 until 30th Nov. Apply the code SOULSPACE at checkout to benefit.
If you wish to attend all four workshops the discounted fee will be £140, please book onto each workshop or message me direct.
N.B Pricing will increase to £40 per session from 1st December onwards/ £160 in full.
Due to the length of the practice this is not advised for absolute beginners in yoga, no experience in Forrest is required.
The numbers will be limited to 8 ensuring you have the space, the holding and support throughout the practice.

Sunday 12th Jan 2025 –
INNER AUTHORITY | WATER
Inner authority is one of my absolute favourite themes, this discovery opened my heart to empowerment and trusting myself and others once more. Inner authority is a feeling. Authority can lie within oneself or indeed projected outwards onto someone else or a system even – partner, parents, work and friends and so on. Most trauma and stress situations are caused when our INTEGRITY IS THREATENED (who we are). When our inner authority is taken away or not mirrored back it is replaced through coping patterns known as attachment patterns.
Are you an over preparer, someone that needs to be busy? Does nothing ever seem or feel good enough? Is it really difficult to make your own decisions? There are many other versions, and this is what you have had to do in order to protect yourself.
This workshop is about recognising the patterns within your own body, inviting you to observe without judgement; coming from a place of compassion and healthy curiosity.
Calling in the healing elements of water. The pervading psycho emotional aspects of the water element; cultivating the depth of wisdom while balancing, too much versus too little fear in our lives which can play out in the form of habits and beliefs. Here we will listen to our body’s wisdom and waters gifts of intuition and the subconscious mind. Representing the ebb and flow of our feelings and reclaiming our inner authority. Water is related to our connections with others and our interactions with them; perhaps this is about unlocking the fluidity within you and your relationships also?
Waters nurturing properties help us to connect with our deepest emotions; therapeutically we will be with empathy and compassion for ourselves, which paves the way for healing and change.

Sunday 9th Feb 2025 –
BOUNDARIES | FIRE
I have spent many years unravelling the theme Boundaries, it has been incredibly challenging and yet it has boundless potential. This work really can support you to make healthy, grounded choices that align with your needs and inner authority. Focusing on the back muscles, unlocking their psychological potential and how we can experience support from others and lean on our own self-support. I must stress, this is not about pushing people away or building walls around us; this is about recognising, seeking the right support from a healthy place/person/relationship.
Let me ask you...
How do you know when a decision, a scenario or perhaps a relationship is not aligning with your needs? Do you sense frustration, disappointment are you in a place of endurance? Perhaps you feel powerless and invisible, perhaps boundaries are out of reach (non-existent) at the risk of losing someone close?
This theme is about exploring 'WHAT BELONGS TO YOU & WHAT BELONGS TO OTHERS’ and honouring the difference. This workshop paves that way for you to recognise what you need in order to feel full, safe and anchored within your own body.
Throughout the practice we will call on the healing element of fire -fire represents action, passion, creation and vitality. It governs physical energy and all things related to it – heat, light, emotions, movement, action. The element of fire can help us invoke anger and closure; intrinsically linked boundaries and anger pave the way for change and stepping into your power. We use fire to not only light our way in the dark but also to cleanse and clear.

Sunday 9th Mar 2025 –
DIAPHRAGM | AIR
Working with the diaphragm, forming a deeper connection with your sense of will and POWER, calling in the healing elements of AIR/BREATH.
Breathing is one of the few autonomic functions that you can control intentionally. Your breath is also your life force or vital energy called ‘Prana’, when we breathe deeper, fuller, we benefit. In practice we begin with Ujjayi breathing in order to access our parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for the body's rest and digestion response. Accessing the PNS decreases our heart rate, which leads to an overall sense of calm, space and increases digestion. This workshop we dedicate a whole practice exploring your breathing system and the diaphragm, unlocking the psychological potential of WILL (the power of you) within your body.
Will-
‘The desire, inclination, or your choice.’
Wishing, desiring and intending.
When we recognise our own sense of ‘will’ we gain more resources to be with our most powerful emotions and at the same time the ability to accept others and difference. In essence making the room for your experience and standing by this, being with your autonomy.
Calling on the healing element of air, this is the manifestation of movement, freshness, communication and of course life force. Invisible yes, this healing quality guides us back to feeling and sensing, noticing the air you feel on your skin and around your body and also within
Air represents the realm of openness, spaciousness and clarity. This workshop encourages an openness and adaptability, overcoming and observing rather than criticising.
When to call on air:
Your thoughts are racing. A feeling of losing control of your own life. Struggling to be present. Feelings of scarcity or insecurity are rife within your own psyche. Your world is moving quicker than you can process.

My breath is my anchor back to self and now.
Sunday 6th ApR 2025 – CONTAINMENT | EARTH
I weave the theme boundaries into many of our practices and this features as a standalone theme for the second Soul Space workshop. Boundaries can be established in order to detach, but we also need containment to be present with what is there. Containment is our ability to support the body with processing our energies and emotions, in particularly working with the thighs (hip crest and the IT band).
There is distinction between containment and a boundary and yet the two concepts overlap.
Boundaries show where one thing ends and another begins; in essence, this is about what belongs to you and what does not. Different boundaries include - physical, emotional, mental, sexual…and so on. Boundaries represent a STOP a line which marks your limit and or an ending.
Containment - ‘ability to manage our own energy’ which supports us to be more here and be with whatever is moving within us. This is fundamental for integration and digesting our experience; this is NOT about pushing down emotions, if anything this is about really owning them and taking back control without moving into a place of victim.
When someone has no contact with their CONTAINER, you will simply carry them. Perhaps you notice in others or maybe yourself...
They will never feel fully supported, even though they receive praise and support, they have no means of processing. Even good things happen and they can’t hold onto this.
Balance is key and this will support your own patterns and experience and perhaps identify where you need the support.
Calling in the healing powers of mother earth energy, earth element embodies stability, grounding and nurturing energy.
By connecting with the Earth element we can foster a deep sense of balance, connection and growth.
The future you will thank you for listening to your intuition,
For upholding boundaries that supported your inner thriving.
For saying no to things that do not speak to your heart.
For taking the time to build your integrity and for staying true to your spirit.
